We break down the poses, explaining how to enter, hold, progress and exit them safely, as well as explain their main benefits. We specialize in precise, clear instructions where you can be guaranteed a better understanding of yoga. If you have an injury or condition that needs attention – just let us know and we will guide you to the best option possible. Our studio is kept at a steady 70 or 72 degrees throughout the year. We teach hatha and vinyasa yoga. Although we welcome you to any class, we offer a levels distinction to help you choose the practice most suitable for you. If you are unsure what level you are, let us know, and we can help
